Friends of Disabled Veterans in Carroll County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free, non-emergency transportation to medical and dental appointments for U.S. military veterans and their spouses who do not drive and who do not have other means to get to their appointment. This allows us to serve more veterans in need.
